If you would you like to file a RMA request, we recommend you to report the product yourself at right supplier. As a result, the handling period will be shorter and you will have an overview on the process of reparation.
The overview below includes a clear overview of what procedure applies to which brand and where you can go to register a repair.

If your brand is not listed, please register it through [email protected] or call AplusK for the right procedure. We will then deal with the RMA request and keep you informed so you in turn can inform your client.

- Name of organisation
- Contact person
- Address details
- Samsung type number
- Serial number
- Date purchased with a copy of the purchase invoice in the attachment
- Description of the problem

- Name, address, residence
- Type number Hitachi projector and serial number
- Date purchased with a copy of the purchase invoice in the attachment
