Aplusk provides the following services:
AV Advice – Formulate the requirements of the customer together with the dealer and provide expert advice regarding possible solutions based on these requirements.
AV Design – Develop a well documented file with technical drawings, cable plans and aspect diagrams together with the dealer.
AV Programming – The programming of operating systems such as that of AMX and Extron on behalf of the dealer.
AV Demonstrations – Aplusk can provide its dealers with demonstration equipment, so they can convince their customers of the benefits of the relevant product.
AV Training – Aplusk also organises training sessions for its dealers so they have sufficient knowledge to present and advise equipment to their customers.
AV Guarantee – When a customer would like to make use of a replacement product during repair, the dealer can offer the Top Service Guarantee. At the time of repair, the customer receives an equivalent product and the shipping costs are paid for by Aplusk.
AV Repair – Aplusk has its own certified repair centre. Where required, the customer's equipment can be repaired and maintained there. Naturally, repairs are performed in the shortest possible time.
